CASS/FinOps Manager (Maternity Cover)
Contract: 9-12 months
In 2021, Seedrs joined forces with Republic to accelerate their shared mission to democratise access to investing, capital raising, and community building. Seedrs operates the European arm of Republic’s global marketplace.
We are looking for a CASS/FinOps manger to oversee the CASS team as well as get stuck into financial operations on the platform. You will be a key member of the CASS team ensuring the compliance of the firm to the FCA rules and regulations daily.

We are looking for a CASS/FinOps manger to oversee the CASS team as well as get stuck into financial operations on the platform. You will be a key member of the CASS team ensuring the compliance of the firm to the FCA rules and regulations daily.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the finance director in establishing the strategic direction for the CASS team.
- Managing treasury accounts.
- Delivering presentations on CASS-related topics to key stakeholders.
- Addressing and resolving any issues related to CASS.
- Reviewing our CASS regulatory submissions (CMAR).
- Compiling reports and presenting them to the Board (aggregating management information).
- Collaborating closely with product and technology teams on new product releases, providing insights from a CASS/FinOps perspective.
- Overseeing the CASS audit process.
- Supervising junior CASS team members.
- Supervising FinOps team and providing support for the execution of client transactions
- Mentoring FinOps lead on any new projects
- Hybrid role, with at least once a week in the office
- Be able to work independently but also a hands-on experienced team manager who can work with the team to resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and able to see issues and come up with resolutions under pressure.
- 3 years’ experience within a CASS role, ideally at a Fintech company
- Strong CASS 6 and 7 knowledge
